Shipping policy

We ship FEDEX, UPS and USPS depending upon shipment. Shipping fees may vary if you require other shipping methods than we normally use.  Please inquire for pricing and availability if a different shipping method is needed.  All orders are shipped from USA sources. We are not responsible for losses that occur as a result of packages being left in your absence. If signature is required, please contact us. Certain shipments will be sent with signature required due to high valued items.

 

When Can I Expect to Receive My Order?
Ground orders are usually delivered in 1 to 7 business days after the date of shipment. Some orders may take longer than 7 days. Please be aware that weekends are not considered business days.

 

When Will I Get My Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers are usually available and emailed within 24 hours of your order shipping.

 

Will My Entire Order Be Shipped Together?
Please understand that your order may arrive on two or more different days because different product combinations may ship from multiple warehouses.

 

Can I Cancel My Order?
Obsession Diesel Performance must be contacted if orders are needing changes or cancellations. Once an order ships it cannot be canceled.

 

What if I find that I am missing parts in my package?

It is the customers’ responsibility to check the contents of the box within 14 days of receiving the order. If something is missing, please notify Obsession Diesel as soon as possible. After 14 days the customer is required to pay shipping (at least) for missing item at our discretion
